hw.d is a first-class, professionally run, award-winning design agency for corporate experiences in branding, communication and reporting, based in the heart of Munich. Our strategic approach, outstanding design expertise and interdisciplinary way of working, combined with a forward-looking perspective, make us a leading agency for future-ready corporate identities. Since 1995, we have been supporting companies ranging from start-ups to DAX-listed corporations. Our focused team comprises around 20 staff members, supported by an extensive network in consulting, strategy, design, communication and implementation.

Your responsibilities:

With us, you won’t just be developing unique corporate branding and communication projects in collaboration with a design or creative director – you’ll also be implementing them across multiple touchpoints and media channels. As an experienced Communication Designer (f/m/d), you’ll be part of the creative production process, able to take on demanding tasks independently while having the design or creative director at your side. Our clients are diverse and ambitious, ranging from start-ups and SMEs to DAX40 companies.

Creation and development of branding, reporting and communication measures at a high creative and strategic level.
Development and technically sound realisation of brand-driven, multidisciplinary presentations — from websites to exhibition stands, with a focus on digital media (UI).
Emphasis on high-quality execution and creative adaptation of concepts across design parameters such as icons, imagery, infographics and typography systems.
Excellent command of creative development and presentation tools such as Adobe Suite (including After Effects), Figma, Keynote or Cinema 4D.
Preparing and delivering internal presentations.
As a team player, you’ll collaborate closely with other disciplines within the agency, including consulting, strategy, design and creative direction.
You’ll also enjoy contributing to strategic projects that help develop the agency itself, such as our current focus on Sustainable Brand Leadership.
As an active member of a small, professional team, you’ll also take on internal responsibilities as appropriate.

Your profile:

A degree in design or a comparable field of study.
At least 4 years of professional experience in the development and implementation of branding, editorial, reporting and/or communications projects.
Excellent analytical skills, strong team orientation and a hands‑on mindset.
Fluent in both German and English.
A structured, responsible and reliable approach to work is second nature to you.
Strong communication skills, diplomacy and persuasive ability.
Good to very good knowledge of relevant software and tools.
You have already gained team experience in a design or marketing agency and can integrate seamlessly into a team.
