Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, pro‑active intern to support the execution of member communications campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about project management and organizational tasks, with a penchant for smooth processes and tools like Excel. The internship is located in the corporate headquarters in Berlin and is a full‑time, six‑month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Implement communications information from the global communications manager to update the annual internal and external communications calendar with relevant dates and deadlines and coordinate their delivery.
• Learn and use our email marketing platform, B2B and internal newsletters.
• Support day‑to‑day project management, using a project management tool and liaising with different departments; support invitation briefs, newsletter briefs, and more.
• Manage contact lists using internal programs and Excel.
• Assist with research tasks.
• Prepare comprehensive briefing documents for senior leadership on key internal and external events.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.
• Support creation of written content for newsletters and other platforms, depending on writing skills.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; native English is a plus (German is not required).
• Great writing and editing skills in English.
• Good understanding of brand identity and visual brand standards.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proactive team member who shows initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Keynote.
• Excel/Google Sheets experience (bonus, not required).
