West Dunbartonshire Older Adult Community Mental Health Services are recruiting a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to support and improve physical health care outcomes for patients with complex mental health needs. The post holder will play a key role in delivering and maintaining the Physical Health Care service across the two Community Mental Health Teams in West Dunbartonshire, ensuring compliance with the NHSGGC Physical Health Care Policy.
All other roles will be assessed for sponsorship eligibility in line with current Home Office requirements. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) can only issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) where these are met.
