Requirements

Proven experience in community outreach, social media engagement, or online marketing
Strong knowledge of Facebook groups, pages, and community engagement strategies
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with online communities and prospects
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Basic understanding of lead generation and brand awareness strategies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow outreach guidelines while maintaining a friendly, professional tone
