Complex Loss Specialist (Allied Health) (Fully Remote)

• Contribute to collaborative environment and build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Research and evaluate complex allied health claims, including medical malpractice and professional liability.
• Draft reservation of rights letters, manage litigation, and direct defense counsel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years claims experience with emphasis on complex allied health claims.
• Active adjuster license and willingness to secure additional licenses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and communication skills.
