Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute talent management processes such as performance cycles and feedback initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end projects related to culture, engagement, and organizational development.
• Analyze engagement results and recommend strategies to improve employee experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Employee Engagement.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and experience with HRIS platforms preferred.
