- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned independent agencies, building trusted relationships and supporting their growth objectives.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions to improve agent understanding of insurance products, carrier markets, and sales opportunities.
- Drive agency production growth by identifying opportunities, increasing product knowledge, and supporting effective selling strategies.
