EDI Experience Manager (B2B SaaS) (Fully Remote)

• Bridge the gap between technical EDI/Enrollment nuances and high-efficiency workflow design.
• Translate complex findings into clear client guidance and represent in live calls.
• Optimize EDI support workflows to keep queue scalable as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers via EDI help desk, resolving issues like clearinghouse rejections.
• Represent EDI topics in onboarding and ad hoc meetings.
• Audit processes to identify AI opportunities for acceleration.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a rehab clinician (SLP, OT, PT, etc.) or willingness to build technical fluency.
• Highly analytical with superior troubleshooting ability.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
