Compliance Manager (m/f/d).

Job Overview

We are looking for an information security and compliance professional to manage IT and cyber risks in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and embed standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS within the organization.
• Identify and manage IT and cyber risks.
• Practical implementation of data protection requirements (GDPR/BDSG).
• Advise on and monitor data protection impact assessments.
• Develop and coordinate training and awareness measures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Law or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of professional compliance experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as an interface between management, IT, and employees.
• Experience in a regulated environment or data‑processing company is a plus.
• Familiarity with GDPR and interest in IT and cyber risk management.
• Proactive, honest, integrative, and able to work independently.

Location: Münster (on‑site). The data center is in Frankfurt am Main, administration in Münster. The role requires residence in the Münster area.
