Your Mission

As Director Compliance & Business Integrity, you will partner with the President of Heraeus Electronics and the global Compliance organization to drive compliance strategy, strengthen our Compliance Management System, and enable responsible business growth.

The following challenges await you:

• In this role, you translate the global compliance strategy into an effective framework for Heraeus Electronics.
• In addition, you advise senior leadership on compliance, ethics, governance, and business integrity.
• You foster a strong culture of compliance, ethical leadership, and speak-up behavior.
• Furthermore, you lead compliance policies, risk assessments, training, due diligence, investigations, and reporting.
• You monitor regulatory developments and ensure effective implementation.
• Moreover, you lead and develop the compliance organization and compliance network.
• Finally, you establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms and drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in a senior compliance, legal, ethics, or governance role
• Strong expertise in anti-corruption, fraud prevention, conflicts of interest, anti-money laundering, and supply chain compliance
• Proven experience managing compliance programs in international organizations
• Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills
• High integrity, sound judgement, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English and German language skills
