Compliance & Reporting Analyst (NIBRS) (Fully Remote)

• Partner with customers to scope and implement state-specific NIBRS compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to identify reporting issues, recommend workflow improvements, and resolve data quality challenges.
• Analyze incident and records data to validate compliance with state and federal reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Professional experience supporting public safety records management, reporting, or compliance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of NIBRS reporting standards and ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working across multiple state reporting requirements is highly preferred.
