In the Education and Health division, Diakoneo develops reliable services for children, adolescents, and families. These currently include 23 daycare centers in the Nuremberg metropolitan region and surrounding areas, as well as eight child and youth welfare facilities in the city and district of Ansbach and Nuremberg. Our services are continuously expanding.

Your Responsibilities

You will handle 1st- and 2nd-level support for Connext Vivendi and resolve inquiries in a structured, service-oriented, and sustainable manner.
You will act as the central interface between business units, IT, management, and software vendors.
You will administer, maintain, and optimize Connext Vivendi, ensure data quality, and coordinate service billing.
You drive the digitization of documents and processes—from digital capture to system integration.
You train users, support onboarding, and provide information about updates and new features.

Your Profile

You have completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT business administrator (m/f/d), or IT systems administrator (m/f/d).
Ideally, you have solid experience with Connext Vivendi.
Alternatively, you are familiar with comparable specialized applications in the social sector and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex requirements.
A strong service and user orientation comes naturally to you. For you, support means more than just troubleshooting—it means providing genuine assistance in day-to-day work.
