Concierge Associate (Fully Remote)

• Serve as the front line of support for members, acting as a trusted guide to help them understand and navigate their healthcare benefits.
• Engage directly with members through phone, chat, and email to help them access high-quality, affordable care.
• Balance professionalism and empathy with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret nuanced benefit and claims information.
• This is a U.S.-based fully remote position with schedules between 8 AM and 10 PM ET.
• You will work with a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency and individual accountability.
• The role requires adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and openness to feedback.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, curious mindset.
