Construction Area Manager (m/f/d)

As a Construction Area Manager, you lead compliant execution of complex EPC projects for specific plant areas, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective construction. You act as the primary technical advisor to customers and coordinate with subcontractors, driving progress and safety. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams on-site, monitor schedules, and uphold EHS and regulatory standards. This role offers hands-on leadership in high-tech industrial construction with international travel and on-site assignments.

• Proven experience in construction supervision on large-scale projects
• Experience in industrial or plant construction; semiconductor or battery industry preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
• Willingness to travel in D-A-CH and stay on site for 5 days
• Intercultural competence, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in German and English (B2)
