Construction Manager Mechanical (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the on-site execution of complex EPC projects focusing on mechanical systems in mission-critical environments. You work closely with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and quality standards, while supervising subcontractors and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead site inspections, coordinate testing and defect resolution, and manage documentation for the mechanical scope. This position offers impact by shaping high-tech infrastructure for digital future and requires hands-on, collaborative leadership.

• Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with focus on mechanical installations (MEP)
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and mechanical site activities
• Attend meetings with subcontractors and serve as technical contact for customers
• Plan and monitor construction progress within the mechanical scope
• Monitor compliance with EHS regulations
• Conduct site inspections and acceptance tests
• Record defects and track their resolution
• Create and review submitted subcontractor documentation

• Relevant qualification in construction or degree in building services engineering or mechanical engineering
• Experience in construction management or supervision of mechanical systems, ideally in industrial or plant construction
• Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards (advantage)
• Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and on-site work during project assignments
• Intercultural competence, team spirit, and independent working style
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Valid German driver's license Class B
