Construction Manager

In this role you lead construction activities for major transmission and overhead line projects in Germany, coordinating civil works, steelwork, tower construction, and related disciplines. You will manage site teams, contractors, and interfaces with Project Management, Engineering and Planning to keep projects on programme. This is a chance to deliver real on‑the‑ground impact on critical infrastructure within a growing German operations team. You will shape delivery quality, safety, and client relationships in a challenging, high‑stakes environment.

• Lead construction activities on major projects
• Manage site teams, contractors and subcontractors
• Coordinate civil works, steelwork, tower construction, power assembly and/or stringing
• Oversee programme, productivity, quality and safety
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering and Planning
• Resolve construction issues to maintain schedule
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships

• Proven Construction Management experience
• Strong site delivery background
• Energy, infrastructure or construction experience
• Experience managing contractors and site teams
• Strong HSE knowledge
• German B2 level or above - essential
