Project and Construction Manager with Lean and Production Management focus (m/f/d)

As Expert Lean Management at Exyte, you will drive the adoption of Lean Design and Lean Construction across international projects. You’ll train teams, optimize Lean tools, and lead the transformation toward high-performance production control. This role connects Lean topics with project delivery, enabling consistent, sustainable improvements. • Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction across project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte software
• Train project teams and key users in Lean methods and tools
• Continuously optimize standardized Lean tools in collaboration with stakeholders
• Drive transformation of high-performance teams through Lean principles and production control
• Serve as the first point of contact for Lean Design/Construction topics on projects

• A degree in engineering or project management
• Understanding of lean principles and experience implementing Lean delivery methodologies
• Experience in construction projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate workshops/trainings
• Hands-on mindset with drive for sustainable improvements
• Willingness to travel to projects to support teams
• Fluency in German and English
