As FCM Project Manager for rough and finishing trades, you oversee renovation and remodeling projects within office, lab, and manufacturing spaces. You will plan, manage, and supervise construction efforts, including contracts, cost, schedule, and quality control. You’ll lead project meetings, coordinate external service providers, and ensure safe, compliant execution. • Assess building conditions and develop renovation concepts with technical and economic impact
• Plan and manage construction/renovation measures and coordinate contract awards
• Oversee cost, schedule, and quality control; manage project execution
• Lead or participate in project meetings, accept completed work, and hand over to users
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers; conduct risk assessments and safety briefings

• Bachelor's or Master's in civil engineering, architecture, or related field
• Solid knowledge of construction and project management
• Excellent knowledge of regulations and standards (e.g., LBO, occupational safety, procurement)
• Experience in industrial construction and renovation projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and AVA software
• Structured, independent, and business-oriented work approach
