Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you lead late-stage development and construction of large-scale onshore wind and BESS projects in Germany. You coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality targets while upholding HSSE standards. You report to the Delivery Director for Germany and drive continuous project control from development to construction. This role combines technical understanding with strong stakeholder management to accelerate renewable infrastructure. You help shape Statkraft’s mission to power the world with renewable energy.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead multiple wind or BESS projects through late-stage development and construction
Coordinate integrated project teams including external consultants, contractors and service providers
Manage cost, schedule, quality, risks, and progress reporting to senior management
Implement HSSE requirements and monitor health & safety performance and environmental permits
Foster internal coordination across project regions, country and corporate interfaces
Run regular project meetings, record minutes, track spend, payments, variations, and maintain PM documentation
Oversee interfaces between civil, electrical BOP and wind turbines or BESS, and manage claims

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree in engineering or natural sciences with extensive experience
10+ years in wind projects or BESS, especially late-stage development and construction
Proven track record in budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and claims
Strong technical understanding of wind energy technology and contract negotiation with complex appendices
Excellent project management, planning, organization, and prioritization abilities
Strong communication, relationship building and organizational skills
Proficiency in German and English
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Germany
