Senior Project Manager - Construction Site Logistics (m/f/d)

As Senior Construction Logistics & Site Management Project Lead, you will develop and implement logistics strategies for major infrastructure programs. You will bridge project teams, contractors, and authorities to ensure safe, efficient delivery with minimal disruption. • Develop and implement construction logistics and site management strategies for major infrastructure and capital projects
• Support construction phase planning and assess execution strategies for logistical feasibility
• Identify site access constraints, bottlenecks, scheduling risks, and operational challenges
• Coordinate activities between designers, contractors, project managers, authorities, and stakeholders
• Lead planning workshops and facilitate sequencing discussions
• Prepare technical scopes of work and logistics specs for procurement and tendering
• Evaluate contractor proposals and contribute to bid assessment and project awards
• Monitor progress against logistics plans and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare management reports, project reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Support delivery while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Proven experience managing or supporting complex construction, infrastructure, or capital projects
• Experience in construction logistics, site management, project controls, planning, or infrastructure delivery
• Strong understanding of sequencing, site operations, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to analyze complex project scenarios and develop practical, risk-based solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Experience in multidisciplinary project environments
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Fluency in German and strong professional communication skills
