Do you combine technical expertise with business acumen and want to play an active role in shaping challenging construction projects? If so, this position offers you the opportunity to oversee customized solutions in industrial, multi-story, and facade construction—from the initial inquiry through to successful project completion—a Construction Estimator for Building Construction (m/f/d).

What awaits you

Preparation and revision of cost estimates for precast concrete components based on requests for proposals and customer inquiries
Technical and commercial development of customized solutions for various construction projects
Advising and supporting customers throughout the entire bidding process, including contract award negotiations
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and collaborating with business partners
Assisting with the management and oversight of projects related to supply and construction projects
Independently processing orders, including quantity take-offs, via the ERP system

What you should bring

A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or an apprenticeship as a architectural draftsman (m/f/d) with further training to become a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
Alternatively, comparable practical experience in the construction or precast concrete industry
Proficiency in MS Office and confidence in using digital applications
In-depth knowledge of the VOB (Parts B and C)
A structured, reliable, and independent work style
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a business-minded, customer-oriented approach
