Construction Site Manager

ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of our client, a company that provides end-to-end telecom infrastructure services, is seeking a Site Construction Manager based in Germany .

You will be reporting to: Regional Manager

This role is great for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working on impactful projects that shape the future of telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a civil works project and schedule activities.
• Manage supplies and warehouse stock, such as materials, machines, and equipment.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, drawings).
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
• Organize the set-up and transportation of the crew.
• Ensure works are performed on time, while maintaining high-quality levels.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety guidelines.
• Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in a site project.
• Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of the German language is a strong plus.
• Ability to work under demanding conditions.
