The successful candidate will contribute to the construction management and local site supervision of wastewater engineering and hydraulic engineering facilities, as well as specialist foundation works. Responsibilities

• Undertake construction management for wastewater engineering facilities, hydraulic engineering facilities and specialist foundation works.
• Carry out local construction supervision for the listed technical facilities and construction measures.
• Prepare execution planning that supports the transition from approved concepts to deliverable construction work.
• Develop tender documentation for the relevant engineering and construction packages.
• Process projects across HOAI service phases 5 to 9.
• Take on project-leadership responsibilities within the advertised service-phase scope.
• Coordinate planning, tendering and supervision activities in accordance with the applicable rules and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering.
• Very good knowledge of HOAI, VOB and the relevant rules and legal requirements.
• Confident use of sector-specific AVA software, with California named as an example.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
