Construction Supervisor, Vantaa

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional for our diverse construction management assignments in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

Your daily work will be dynamic, primarily involving supervision of construction work on sites and related construction management tasks. In this role, you will guide projects with your expertise in close cooperation with the client and other project participants.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant educational background – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction engineering or an equivalent field.
• Experience in site supervision as a representative of the client.
• Professional certifications in the field are a plus.

The ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, and capable of independent oversight. You are precise and reliable, as our work is based on mutual trust and good teamwork with clients and other project stakeholders.

Work Environment and Flexibility

Our staff perform varied and mobile work. You can work partly remotely, partly on‑site, and partly at our office in Vantaa, in the Aviapolis business district, with excellent transportation connections.
