Consultant, Conversational Design (Fully Remote)

• Design conversational speech systems using Agentic AI and NLU for customer service automation.
• Lead requirement gathering, ideation workshops, and client design sessions.
• Analyze interaction data to identify automation opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience design or business analysis work experience.
• Customer-facing consulting experience and ability to present design deliverables.
• Adaptability to use different design tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
