Senior AI Engineer, Conversational AI & Agentic Systems - Voice Required (Fully Remote)

• You will work closely with the Director of AI Engineering and product partners to ship reliable AI features into production.
• Focus on real-time conversational voice systems, LLM-driven workflows, and orchestration layers.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build voice AI systems for real-time, conversational user experiences.
• Develop and maintain AI orchestration layers, including agent workflows, state management, and system handoffs.
• Architect and improve workflows across speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, tool calling, and text-to-speech.

What You’ll Bring:

• Hands-on experience building and shipping voice AI or real-time conversational AI systems in production.
• Strong experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and prompt engineering patterns.
• Strong Python skills, including async Python, and experience with APIs and backend services.
