Senior Solutions Engineer (Fully Remote)

About the Role:

• Serve as the elite escalation point between Global Operations Center and Core Engineering teams.
• Act as the technical backstop for customers training large models who cannot afford downtime.
• Own the hardest technical blockers and translate findings into a more resilient product.

What You’ll Do:

• Resolve complex escalations using code-level debugging and architectural investigation.
• Partner with customer technical leads to diagnose production issues.
• Own end-to-end P1 resolution and deliver post-incident analysis.
