Consultant Cybersecurity (all genders) - BCG Platinion

As a Cybersecurity Consultant at BCG Platinion, you work on national and international client projects to advance our cybersecurity practice. You will shape digitization initiatives for globally leading companies, focusing on comprehensive security solutions tailored to client needs. Expect to conduct risk assessments, develop roadmaps, and contribute to security architectures and policies. You’ll collaborate across cross‑functional teams in a global context and travel as needed, helping to transform clients’ security postures.

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments and risk analyses to define protection roadmaps
• Develop and refine cybersecurity strategies, policies, processes, and procedures
• Design and develop modern cybersecurity architectures and tailored concepts
• Address cyber supply chain and third‑party risk management, IAM, and continuous monitoring
• Support customers in securing internal infrastructure and digitization efforts

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or related field with above‑average performance
• At least two years of relevant cybersecurity experience, preferably in IT consulting
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT
• Experience with security policies/strategies, architecture development, and risk management
• Knowledge of IAM, continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessment and management
• German and English communication skills, willingness to travel
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
