Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting in German Markets & Transformation

In this role, you partner with Allianz Consulting to support digital, sustainability, and operational excellence transformations. You work with client teams to shape concepts, analyze needs, and deliver measurable milestones, while contributing to business development and internal knowledge sharing. • Work with client teams to deliver defined tasks and meet project milestones
• Analyze customer needs and develop concrete measures for implementation
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under guidance
• Contribute to internal projects including knowledge sharing and team events

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year in operational business or management consulting
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks and advise clients on AI adoption
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Willingness to be coached and desire to make a difference
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, international team
• Excellent German and English for presentations and reports
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (complex functions)
• Curiosity about insurance and financial services; familiarity with project/change management tools
