Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Insurance Transformation

In this role, you contribute to strategy and transformation initiatives for Allianz, shaping how the organization competes in a changing market. You work on strategy, operating models, and process design within the Insurance Transformation team, partnering with senior leaders to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll move from analysis to design and delivery, gaining hands-on consulting experience and taking increasing ownership. • Contribute to complex strategic and transformation projects, including financial modeling and operating model design
• Support project governance and prepare materials for steering committees and boards
• Engage with client teams to gather information and build strong working relationships
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and propose actionable options
• Perform external benchmarking, due diligence, and market research to identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to business development and client pitches with research and presentation materials
• Enhance Allianz Consulting expertise through internal projects, knowledge sharing and events
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain client partnerships throughout the project lifecycle

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting
• Working knowledge of AI and GenAI tools and daily applicability
• Exposure to large-scale projects or PMOs
• Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset
• Curiosity about insurance/financial services and consulting methodologies
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and seniority levels
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (complex functions)
• Fluent in English
