Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting- Life Insurance Expert

In this role you will serve as a life-knowledge expert and lead end-to-end deliverables for life projects within Allianz Consulting. You will collaborate with client teams, manage milestones and communications, and contribute to business development under guidance. You’ll help grow Allianz Consulting expertise in strategic areas, while supporting internal initiatives and knowledge sharing in a global, fast-moving environment.

• Serve as life subject-matter expert and drive end-to-end life project deliverables
• Collaborate with client teams, own specific tasks, ensure deliverables quality and milestones
• Manage communications and project timelines
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under guidance
• Help expand Allianz Consulting expertise in strategic development areas
• Contribute to internal Allianz Consulting initiatives, including knowledge sharing and team events

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in operational business or management consulting
• Expert knowledge of AI frameworks; advise clients on AI adoption for transformation
• Experience in life strategy, product development; liaison between business, tech, and design
• Lead/co-lead cross-functional life product initiatives; manage relationships with Distribution, Operations, Actuarial, IT
• Deep understanding of life business and product landscape (EU and global)
• Project management, change management, or business transformation experience
• Strong communication across audiences and seniority levels
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with task prioritization
• Enthusiasm for diverse, international teams
• Excellent English for presentations and reports
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (complex functions)
• Curiosity about insurance, financial services, consulting methods and tools
• International experience or knowledge of German or other languages (nice to have)
