Consultant SAP HCM / SuccessFactors (m/f/x)

In this role you drive SAP HCM and SuccessFactors support and development for German colleagues, shaping HR IT in a globally connected team. You will analyze, design, and implement digitization efforts in HR, focusing on SuccessFactors and HCM, while ensuring high-quality system performance. You’ll collaborate across international stakeholders to optimize HR processes and data flows from HR platforms to SAP backend systems. This position offers hands-on impact in the Corrugated 4.0 digitalization initiative through HR technology.

• SAP HCM and SuccessFactors support for German colleagues
• analyse, design, implement and develop HR digitization projects (SuccessFactors and HCM)
• technical implementation support of SuccessFactors with an international team
• system administration for SAP SuccessFactors
• develop and enhance HR IT landscape and ensure solution quality
• design and manage HR workflows and future-proof processes
• understand system landscape and data flows between SF-HCM and target systems (e.g., SAP FICO S4, CRM, FSM)
• provide user support for SAP HCM & SuccessFactors to business departments

• Bachelor in Economics or Computer Science (or comparable training)
• several years of relevant experience in a similar role
• in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM, especially PT, PY, or OM modules
• initial experience with SuccessFactors desirable
• strong understanding of HR processes and system architecture
• willingness to learn and work in a team
• excellent communication in German and English
