Role Summary:

We are seeking a senior Consulting Partner with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash transformation. The role requires a client-facing executive advisor capable of engaging with CxOs, leading large transformation pursuits, shaping SAP-enabled business solutions, and governing delivery of complex global programs.

The Consulting Partner will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain and IT leadership teams while driving growth, solutioning, and business transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Advisory & Client Leadership

Build trusted relationships with CIOs, Chief Commercial Officers, Sales Directors and Business Transformation leaders.
Lead executive workshops, business assessments and SAP transformation roadmap discussions.
Advise clients on commercial process optimization, customer experience improvement and digital sales transformation.

Presales & Business Development

Lead opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development and client orals.
Own SAP S/4HANA O2C solution strategy for large pursuits.
Present business cases, transformation roadmaps and value realization strategies.
Support revenue growth and pipeline development across manufacturing accounts.
Lead transformations across:
Order Management
Logistics Execution
Global Trade Services (GTS)
Customer Service
Drive fit-to-standard workshops and global template design.
Govern solution quality, integration and deployment strategy.

Required Experience

20+ years SAP experience.
Deep SAP SD and Order-to-Cash expertise.
Experience leading S/4HANA transformations exceeding €20M TCV.
Strong understanding of manufacturing sales and distribution processes.
Proven presales and executive stakeholder engagement experience.
Experience leading multi-country implementations and rollouts.
