Content Manager – Part-Time

Independently coordinate, maintain, and publish content across digital platforms
Maintain and manage content, with a focus on TYPO3
Implement and maintain digital communications initiatives using Eloqua
Align and coordinate requirements with clients and internal and external stakeholders
Plan, coordinate, and support content releases and go-lives
Create, maintain, and track tickets
Document requirements, processes, and workflows
Perform quality assurance and testing of content and functionalities
Ensure smooth collaboration among the teams and stakeholders involved
Independently prioritize and coordinate day-to-day tasks
Identify opportunities for optimization and further develop existing processes and workflows
Support the team and contribute subject-matter expertise

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in content management, digital project management, or a comparable agency or digital environment
Experience independently working with content management systems
Practical experience with TYPO3 is preferred
Experience independently managing and coordinating tasks and requirements
Confident working and communicating with clients and a range of stakeholders
Good understanding of digital products, websites, content structures, and digital communications processes
Experience in quality assurance and testing digital content
Very good German language skills
Good to very good English language skills
Structured, independent, and meticulous working style, combined with a strong commitment to quality
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview when managing multiple topics in parallel
Enjoy working as part of a team—remotely and on-site in the office two days per week
Experience with Eloqua or comparable marketing automation platforms (nice to have)
Experience with additional CMS platforms (nice to have)
Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or Confluence (nice to have)
Experience with agile working methods and digital project processes (nice to have)
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (nice to have)
Experience in the automotive sector or similarly complex digital organizations (nice to have)
