I’m currently working with a well‑established international contractor who is expanding their data centre project portfolio in Germany. They’re looking to hire an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Frankfurt based team and support the commercial delivery of major, mission‑critical projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong data centre or large‑scale construction experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer contracts related to fire safety and security systems, including fire detection and suppression, access control, CCTV, and specialist life‑safety suppliers
Lead contract negotiations, variations, and change control associated with fire and security system scope, programme changes, interfaces with MEP/CSA works, and client‑driven modifications
Oversee claims and dispute resolution linked to fire and security packages, working closely with subcontractors, consultants, and the client to achieve commercially sound outcomes
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, data centre standards, client specifications, local regulations, and internal company policies related to life‑safety and security systems
Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project managers, engineers, and site teams delivering fire safety and security systems
Maintain accurate contract documentation, variation logs, and commercial reporting related to fire safety and security system delivery
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within data centre, mission‑critical, or large‑scale projects
Strong knowledge of contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, NEC, bespoke contracts)
Solid commercial awareness and risk management skills
Experience working with international stakeholders
Fluent English (written and spoken) – German is an advantage but not essential
Eligible to work in Germany or willing to relocate to Frankfurt
