Controlling and Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and business management figures and their variances
• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets
• Conduct project, cost and measures controlling (monitoring implementation of actions)
• Support and further develop the reporting system
• Support the preparation of separation accounts
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting
• Collaborate with the accounting department
• Prepare standard reports for management and committees

Requirements

• Successfully completed relevant university degree in Controlling / Accounting or comparable experience
• Solid knowledge of cost accounting, profitability and variance analyses, and budgeting
• Confident use of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, databases, Business Intelligence tools)
• Strong IT affinity and proficiency
• Ideally experience with ERP systems (preferably Sage 100) and financial reporting systems (e.g., LucaNet)
• Strong analytical skills; ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Excellent German and English skills
