What Will You Do?

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at BarmeniaGothaer, you will drive data-driven optimization of digital completion and offer processes to increase conversion rates. You will analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and drop-off points to identify and realize potentials for higher completions and better customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with specialist departments, developers, UX experts, and product owners to achieve measurable business results and expand the digital insurance business.
