Coordination Specialist, Project Assistant – Field Service (Customer Support & Service)

• Direct customer-facing contact
• You will work directly with the Head of Datacenter Infrastructure and the client’s team
• Schedule all customer-requested work assignments at the data center locations in Bavaria
• Coordinate incident/repair deployments – as part of a strong team
• Take on organizational coordination and documentation
• Close collaboration with on-site technicians
• Material coordination and on-site checks
• Coordinate quotes/proposals for additional orders
• Create, review and comprehensively file all service reports for construction and maintenance activities
• Verify all deployment-related documents for completeness

Requirements

• Resident in the Nuremberg area / metropolitan region
• Commercial or technical qualification
• Experience in coordination / administrative processing
• Experience in a corporate environment or with major clients
• Very structured and conscientious working style
• Enjoy working with technicians – on an equal footing
• Willingness to learn and interest in new topics
• Good spoken and written English
• Confident user of MS Office / ERP tools
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Genuine motivation from consistently satisfied customers
• Advantageous: Experience in Technical Service / Field Service
• Knowledge of construction or IT project environments
