What you can expect from us

As a Driver Deployment Coordinator (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in organizing and coordinating the assignment and operational support of our professional drivers . You will plan the deployment of our employed drivers and ensure optimal utilization of our vehicles .

You will always keep an eye on compliance with working hours, driving times, and rest periods , ensuring smooth staffing of our trucks.

Your responsibilities also include communicating with our drivers in day‑to‑day operations as well as training them on specific customer requirements.

You will work in close coordination with other departments within our company and maintain a strong, trusting relationship with our drivers.

How you impress us

• You speak fluent Polish and Russian and have good German skills , enabling you to operate confidently in our international environment.
• You have completed vocational training and are proficient in MS Office as well as common communication tools.
• Your quick comprehension, strong teamwork abilities, and excellent communication skills make you a valuable member of our team.
• Reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and social competence characterize you just as much as your independent and well‑structured way of working.
