Responsibilities

• Monitoring Inbound and Outbound activities
• Providing on-site support to external logistics providers regarding daily operational business
• Supporting Implementation of new Logistic Systems (Warehouse Management System/ Transport Management System)
• Acting as key user during testing phases and conducting end-user training sessions, including process documentation
• Being available as constant support for Operational Business Team
• Supporting stock control and inventory management activities

Qualifications

• Relevant education combined with several years of experience in warehouse management and logistics processes
• Proficiency in English and German
• Willingness to travel and flexibility with working time arrangements
• Strong assertiveness, hands-on mentality and ability to perform under pressure
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong drive for results and a high level of initiative as key competencies
