In this role you shape and implement communication strategies to strengthen Hager's employer attractiveness and sustainability ambitions, aligned with the Group strategy. You act as a strategic partner to HR and Sustainability, translating topics into engaging formats. You ensure a consistent employer brand narrative across internal and external channels. You manage cross-functional projects across regions, monitor impact, and derive insights for improvement. • Develop and steer communication concepts and campaigns for the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with group strategy
• Act as strategic partner to HR for talent attraction, engagement and employer branding
• Maintain a consistent, compelling employer brand narrative across channels
• Translate HR topics into engaging storytelling formats for current and future employees
• Drive communication approaches supporting sustainability strategy and business objectives
• Collaborate with Sustainability and business stakeholders to simplify complex topics
• Create high-quality content and formats for internal and external audiences
• Manage cross-functional, regional communication projects
• Monitor effectiveness and engagement, deriving insights for improvement
• Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen Hager's positioning and reputation

• Master's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Human Resources or related field
• Several years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, or sustainability/strategic communications
• Proven ability to develop strategies and narratives aligned with business objectives
• Understanding of how communication influences reputation, employee engagement, and transformation
• Excellent storytelling and content development skills to translate complex topics
• Strong stakeholder management and experience in cross-functional/international environments
• Strategic mindset with pragmatic, hands-on execution
• Excellent written and verbal English; German or French a strong plus
