Global Communication Specialist (w/m/d)

As Global Communications Specialist, you partner with the Head of Global Communications and senior stakeholders to shape the company’s strategic narratives and messaging. You translate complex topics into compelling, audience-focused communications for internal and external audiences. You develop concepts, plans, and content that support business objectives and transformation programs, including change initiatives and leadership topics. You leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance impact and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Support development and implementation of communication strategies aligned with strategic priorities
• Shape corporate narratives and messaging frameworks across channels
• Translate complex topics into stakeholder-focused messaging
• Develop strategic communication plans for initiatives, organizational change, and transformation projects
• Create materials for senior leaders, including presentations, speeches, Q&As, and briefing documents
• Produce high-quality management and executive presentations
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve content and workflows
• Collaborate with HR, Strategy, Investor Relations, Legal and other functions; manage stakeholders in a global environment

• Several years in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications; agency experience preferred
• Experience in multinational company and supporting senior leaders
• Change/leadership/transformation communication experience advantageous
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Outstanding PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex topics
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
