Overview

In this role, you will coordinate artwork, labeling and master data processes in an international setting. You will drive artwork-related projects across the product lifecycle and ensure data quality in SAP, while managing complex change controls and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, manufacturing sites and external partners to optimize processes. This position offers the chance to shape data integrity and compliance in a global pharma environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Manage artwork-related projects across the product lifecycle
Coordinate and track artwork and packaging changes with internal and external partners
Maintain and guarantee quality of product master data in SAP
Coordinate complex change control and regulatory-compliant approvals
Coordinate interfaces with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial Teams, manufacturing sites and external service providers
Conduct artwork reviews and support audits and inspections
Drive process improvements and data quality enhancements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Packaging Technology or related field
Several years of professional experience in a regulated environment, preferably in pharma
Experience with artwork, packaging, labeling and/or master data processes
Strong SAP knowledge (S/4HANA or ECC)
Excellent written and spoken English
Structured, detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage diverse international stakeholders
High quality and compliance awareness
Proactive mindset and passion for process improvements
