Director, EMEA Data Center Operations Services & Supply Chain

In this role you lead regional procurement and supply chain for data center operating services across EMEA, partnering with Operations and regional leadership to ensure reliable, secure operations at optimal cost. You shape supplier frameworks, contracts, and performance governance to meet uptime and compliance requirements. You will drive regional lifecycle support, spares strategies, and incident response, balancing global standards with local needs. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that combines commercial leadership with operations support to sustain high-availability data centers.

• Act as the primary procurement and supply chain partner to Data Center Operations teams and regional COOs
• Translate operational requirements into commercial frameworks, supplier strategies, and service delivery models
• Lead regional supplier negotiations, contract localization, and execution for maintenance, facilities management, and security services
• Establish and manage supplier governance (QBRs/SBRs) and track KPIs for uptime, response, and quality
• Oversee critical spares strategies, emergency response frameworks, and incident support
• Coordinate R&M and PM procurement execution with defined SLAs and recovery plans
• Manage asset lifecycle (EoL, recycling, refurbishment) and lifecycle visibility systems
• Ensure 24/7 emergency response capability and regional resilience through procurement frameworks
• Support data center security services procurement, including physical security and surveillance systems
• Enable capital expansions and in-life upgrades with streamlined supplier frameworks
• Drive TCO optimization and continuous improvement across supplier performance and service delivery
• Align contracts with customer SLAs and regional operating realities
• Collaborate with partners across operations, product, engineering, security, finance and external OEMs
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and regional market conditions

• 12+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, infrastructure services, or data center operations support
• Proven experience managing regional service agreements, supplier negotiations, issue resolution, and supplier performance frameworks
• Strong track record supporting operations in uptime-critical environments
• Deep understanding of data center systems and lifecycle service requirements
• Experience operating across EMEA country environments, regulatory requirements, and high-availability operations
• Proven ability to lead as a strategic support partner to operations and executive stakeholders
