Global Financial Crimes Specialist - Quality Control

As a Global Financial Crimes Quality Control Specialist, you will support AML, sanctions, and fraud compliance efforts and help mitigate operational risk. You’ll work with GFC leadership to identify issues, oversee QC testing, and ensure investigations meet regulatory and internal standards. The role involves policy maintenance, risk reporting, and guiding frontline teams to address regulatory changes. You’ll join a cross-functional team focused on responsible growth and effective risk management, with opportunities to influence controls and governance.

• Perform QC tests on AML and fraud investigations to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance
• Review and score AML/fraud cases for non-U.S. investigations, document findings
• Support development and maintenance of financial crimes policies and standards
• Contribute to independent risk management reporting to senior leadership
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on policy/process updates
• Contribute to risk coverage plans and independent risk monitoring
• Escalate issues to governance forums and track remediation actions
• Maintain and update QC procedures to regulatory/internal standards
• Prepare and deliver monthly QC reports with findings and recommendations
• Provide training to QC Associates, Investigators, QA teams, and MLROs

• Demonstrated business and functional experience in AML or fraud
• Degree required: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• Confident working within global policies, procedures and risk management guidelines
