Verantwortungsbereiche

Coordinate quality strategies with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and business needs
Conduct failure analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions for internal and external complaints
Design, implement and monitor SPC tools for assembly, manufacturing and test fixtures
Establish and maintain the quality management system and conduct internal/external audits
Participate in design reviews to ensure reliability and customer alignment
Review Engineering Change Requests for customer approvals and documentation
Perform trend analysis and coordinate cross-functional corrective actions
Lead PPAP, LEAN-driven process improvements and ESD control reliability

Zentrale Anforderungen

Total Quality Mindset
Proficient in electronics with PCB and manufacturing process troubleshooting
Experience with diagnostic equipment (SEM, EDX, X-ray, scopes) and root-cause analysis
Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex environments
Ability to define process criteria to meet product/process requirements
Knowledge of IPC 610, ATEX, Copy Exact, PPAP; Lean and Six Sigma preferred
Proficient English (C1) and good German (B2)
Experience with data-driven improvements and corporate quality capabilities
Strong leadership, teamwork and proactive work style
Bachelor in Engineering with 5+ years in relevant field OR Master preferred
