Corporate Lawyer - International Top-Tier Law Firm

The Role :

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 5-6 years of experience to join the Corporate & M&A team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on corporate law matters, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and restructurings

• Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation, including shareholder agreements, incorporation documents, and board resolutions

• Coordinating with international teams on cross-border transactions

• Providing legal support on day-to-day corporate matters for clients

• Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg corporate law and regulations

This role offers exposure to complex, high-profile corporate transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior partners and international clients.

The Profile :

• 5-6 years of experience in corporate law, ideally in Luxembourg or a top-tier international law firm

• Strong technical knowledge of corporate law and M&A

• Excellent drafting and communication skills

• Fluent in French and English (both required)

• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on complex matters
