Your Responsibilities :

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will be involved in a wide range of high-level corporate matters, including:

• Advising clients on corporate structuring, M&A, and private equity transactions

• Managing complex cross-border transactions from A to Z

• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and coordinating with other departments (tax, funds, finance)

• Supporting and mentoring junior associates

You will be given real ownership of your files , while working closely with experienced partners on strategic matters.

Profile :

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer within a recognized law firm

• Strong technical background in corporate law, M&A, and/or private equity

• Fluent in French and English (both mandatory); German is a strong asset

• Stable career path demonstrating commitment and consistency

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
