Corporate PRO Processes & Systems Specialist (all genders welcome)

In this role you shape and optimize the procurement tech backbone, leading digital transformation with SAP focus and advancing AI capabilities. You will enable procurement through systems expertise, data analytics, and process standardization across a global organization. You drive improvements to SAP ECC/S4 on-prem and serve as the AI subject matter expert for the procurement function. Your work combines training, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to enable smarter, faster sourcing and P2P processes. • Provide subject matter expertise in procurement enablement, including knowledge management, systems integration, process standardization, and procurement technologies
• Continuously improve SAP setup (ECC/S4 on-prem) for stability and optimization
• Leverage analytical tools for forecasting, spend visibility, P2P, sourcing tools, SRM, supplier risk management, CMS, and pipeline management
• Act as AI expert for Procurement, guiding AI use cases and tool adoption
• Train and support Procurement in AI, with growth into second-level support
• Lead training sessions on procurement tools and knowledge management
• Implement, manage, and improve procurement systems to support ROSEN’s global processes
• Manage ROSEN and supplier data sharing and compliance to foster transparency and standardization
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Data Owners to align tech roadmap with digital transformation strategy
• Manage requirements gathering with interfaces and business software teams
• Support PRO-related projects and escalate issues to Head of Corporate Procurement when needed

• 5+ years in procurement processes, systems, or IT enablement
• Strong expertise in procurement technologies and eProcurement systems with hands-on SAP ECC/S4 on-prem experience
• Deep knowledge of AI tools and methods with ability to train non-technical users and provide support
• Proficiency in P2P, eRFx, eAuctions, SRM/SBM, CMS, and spend analysis software
• Analytical mindset translating business needs into tech/AI solutions
• Excellent communication and training skills; able to lead knowledge-transfer sessions
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and IT teams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
