Overview

In this role you will translate business requirements into holistic real estate solutions aligned with corporate strategy, overseeing national and international construction projects from concept to handover. You will analyze portfolios, develop sustainable site concepts, and support M&A and divestment activities. You will apply data-driven methods to optimize site and portfolio decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment to drive tangible business value.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Strategic planning & needs analysis: translate business requirements into holistic property solutions aligned with corporate strategy
Portfolio analysis & site concepts: develop site and portfolio analyses and form sustainable site concepts
Project management: manage national and international construction projects from concept to handover
Owner/Tenant representation: represent interests with budget, deadlines and quality oversight
Site development/exit strategies: manage site development, acquisition, and realization/exit strategies
Transactions & due diligence: conduct due diligence reviews and support M&A/divestment projects
Profitability analyses: perform analyses (DCF, make-or-buy, feasibility) to inform decisions
Data-driven decision support: apply analytical techniques and AI-supported methods to evaluate site/portfolio/investment options

Zentrale Anforderungen

More than five years of relevant professional experience in national and international environments, ideally in corporate real estate
Analytical skills to structure and evaluate complex issues
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive initiatives and sustainable solutions
Strong negotiation skills and confident stakeholder management
Collaborative with ability to operate in an international environment
IT skills: MS Office; ideally SAP, Dalux and Power BI
Business fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous
